Check out the Canola Variety Selection Guide to ensure you consider all the important factors that could impact the success you will have with a variety. Then try out the searchable database on the Canola Performance Trials website to look at many years of small plot or field scale data in the general search, or narrow down your search to look at varieties of a specific herbicide tolerance system, from your province or season zone. If you’ve narrowed it down to a few choices, use the ‘Compare Varieties’ function to look at data on just two or three varieties, considering all the data or using a head to head comparison.
