The Canadian Grain Commission’s October 21 quality report says Manitoba had the lowest chlorophyll levels across all grades, followed by Saskatchewan and then Alberta. Overall chlorophyll levels were generally low. However, this report will not include the later-harvested crop, which is more likely to have higher green.
