As of today, the crop looks healthy, although grasshoppers still populate the headlands, and the crop is a little shorter than we’d like. A few flowers are still visible on some of the plants.
With the naked eye, it is difficult to see much difference between the treatments, so it looks like we will have to wait for harvest to see if there really is a difference in yield. Below is a map of the field depicting the locations of the boron application in yellow.
