CleanStart efficacy tips

Nufarm provides the following tips for CleanStart (Aim + glyphosate), which can be used pre-seed ahead of canola to control canola volunteers:

—Spray volunteer canola from 1- to 3-leaf stage
—CleanStart is a contact herbicide, so requires good coverage.
—Use a combination of nozzle types and sprayer speed to achieve ASABE Medium size droplets.
—Use 10 gallons/acre water volume to ensure adequate plant coverage.
—Add a surfactant. Adding a surfactant to CleanStart helps boost control of RR canola volunteers.
