I would like to talk about the unsung heroes in the industry, which is for me, definitely the breeders. We wouldn’t have the success in canola we enjoy and see today if all the hard work, all the sweat, blood and tears of the breeders standing in the fields at 35 degrees Celsius in summer and thinking, “What is the next innovation? What’s the next good thing we are bringing to our growers; that we’re bringing to Canadian agriculture?”
